For listing purposes, I am selling dish Joey3 as “parts or not working” / “as is” due to this not being linked up to the actual company and thoroughly tested. It states the box is a remanufactured item but again, I am unfortunately not able to guarantee and test this due to the lack of equipment. The Top Box will need an access card from dish in order to make this device work, it does not come with one. Comes with power cable only. Does not come with a remote.
