Only used in a business environment to pre-wire commercial satellite TV systems. So, though they may be a little scuffed, they have never been used to receive programming. The scuffing is from sliding the receivers in & out of metal shelves. Essentially the inside components can be considered new.
No Manual included
All returns must be in the same condition as they were originally shipped and undamaged. They must include all original parts including manuals, etc... Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item.
Do not return items that are damaged during shipment. A claim will need to be submitted to the shipper and they may need to inspect the item and packing material to make a determination. Claims often take up to 30 days to settle. Buyer will be reimbursed at the time of and according to shipper’s determination of claim.
