    To use:
    Use a well inked stamp pad to print image with a rubber stamp.  Generously sprinkle powder on top before the ink dries.
    Tap off excess and return it to jar.  Hold design over heat source until powder melts.
    After being heated,  this powder provides a sticky stamped surface to immediately adhere glitters as well as foils, flocking and micro beads.
