Returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase of the item(s) and all items must be unused and returned in the same condition as they were received. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning item and we are unable to refund any postage cost, (except where goods are received faulty). Exceptions:
Before you hang any part of wallpaper: read instruction provided (if instruction is missing please do not install wallpaper but contact us for a replacement) layout your mural to ensure that all panels are the same size, colour, that they match together perfectly and they are in good condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be made once you have hung any part of your mural.
Additional notes
* All orders dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment via DHL courier (or any other available service) - One business day - we are not dispatching parcels over weekend.
** Next day delivery available only if your payment reach us before 11:59am. This service guarantee delivery to 99% of the UK the next working day. Please note that delivery to some locations described by courier as remote area can take 1 day longer. There is no Saturday/Sunday delivery for this service.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties if applicable. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Due to cross border restrictions wallpapers shipped outside of European Union will be without wallpaper adhesive.
