***Condition is "Used", with flaws. The telescoping handle is broken and does not work, one of the wheels partial rubber is missing, (see the last photo for reference) plenty of scratches, scuffs, gouges, industrial use. Some of the hardware has rust, this is noted in all of the photos please view them carefully. No foam included. There is a KJ tool kits accessories organizer component attached inside the lid. This was previously used as a commercial toolbox carry case.
