How to use powder:
Use a well inked stamp to print the design. Generously sprinkle powder on image before ink dries.
Tap off excess powder and return to jar.  Hold design over heat source until powder melts.*  Adult supervision required.
* A crafters heat tools is the preferred way to melt the powder.
