30 Day Return Policy
All returns require an RMA Number. Contact the seller via eBay's message center to initiate a refund. Items returned without an RMA number will not be properly associated to a Buyer and will be refused and sent back to the Buyer at the Buyer's own expense.
All returns (whether defective, used, or unused) must be returned in the original factory carton.
Defective products may be returned for an exchange or refund.  Upon receipt of the defective product(s),

will
begin to process your refund or exchange (subject to availability).
Please allow seven (7) business days to process returns and two (2) business days from the date we receive the defective product to process an exchange.
Buyer must pay to return the item to us and we will pay to reship a replacement back to you.
Multiplex Enterprises
will make every effort to replace it with the same product, subject to availability and the return of the defective product as per this policy.
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: (whether used or unused) may be returned for an exchange or refund even if the item is in working condition subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The refund amount will be the amount paid on the invoice minus the 20% restocking fee.
Buyer must pay to return the item to us prior to the start of the refund process.
Items returned in non-sellable condition will not be elligible for a refund or exchange.  This determination is made at the discretion of Multiplex Enterprises.
