Up for sale is a genuine, authentic, early 1990’s vintage STONE TEMPLE PILOTS (STP) “Headless” group design T-SHIRT in Size XL (Extra Large). It measures: approximately 22” (22 inches) from armpit to armpit, approximately 28” (28 inches) from top front collar to bottom front hem/waistline, approximately 36” (36 inches) from sleeve to sleeve (top/longest points)Comes as pictured from the smoke-free, dog-free, child-free home of a serious, long-time, adult fan and collector. This shirt has been in my rock n’ roll memorabilia collection/wardrobe since I bought it in the early 1990’s in Jr. High School. It is in nice shape with 4 small holes in the right armpit area on the back of the shirt (see photos). There is minimal discoloration(see photos). This is an XL (extra large) size on a Giant by Tultex brand 100% cotton extra heavyweight t-shirt. This shirt has authentic wear and patina from the grunge era, having been worn to several STP concerts and on stage while playing bass guitar in multiple rock bands throughout the 1990’s-mid 2000’s. In the photo provided, notice Robert Deleo with his hand on my left shoulder....ha ha.. The brothers were very cool, personable guys. That picture was taken backstage at the Family Values tour in Detroit (Palace of Auburn Hills 10/15/2001) when they were touring in support of the “Shangri La Di Da” album (totally underrated album in my humble opinion). This shirt has held up very well due to it’s high quality materials, but at the same, it has that nicely worn in vintage look and feel. It presents great on it’s own, and I personally think it would pair great with a long-sleeve thermal “longjohn” shirt underneath..... Just imagine wearing this genuine relic of the grunge era to an upcoming STP gig.....
Thank you very much for your valuable time and interest, and above all, take care.
