Condition:
Excellent Condition. The glaze exterior is the best I have seen from any of these "Great Plains Mold Co.'s" ceramic items.  Lights flash & lamp works
Measures: 9" Diameter and 9" Tall
According to Corporations History, there was a company registered in Florida in 1979 called GREAT PLAINS MOLD CO., INC. The company's principal address was 2713 24TH STREET NORTH ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33713. The Registered Agents were SANTNER, ELMO E. and SANTNER, PENNY S.  I see on the bottom of the mold it says "FR 81".   I assume those are initials of the artist, and the 81 means 1981.  Through other records I did find out unfortunately Elmo Santner is deceased but was related to Franklin Russ, who is 86 years old. I assume that Franklin Russ is the original artist due to it matching the "FR" signature on the bottom.
The lamp again is absolutely amazing. The lights flash. There is one bulb missing but this is a very cheap thing you can buy.  I have to start the auction high since this is the nicest version of this lamp I have ever seen.
